FAQs

Turn-Time. Customers can expect that a proof of their order will be ready for their approval or changes within 2 business days. Printing, production and shipping will take 9-12 business days. International orders may take 14-20 business days.

Paper Options. All of our paper products are professionally printed. We will choose the paper we feel is best for the design, or you can choose from the options below. Paper upgrades are an additional charge.

CREAM CARD STOCK - 100 lb cover, uncoated matte
WHITE CARD STOCK - 100 lb cover, uncoated matte
WHITE CARD STOCK - 80 lb cover, uncoated matte
WHITE COTTON CARD STOCK - 118 lb cover, cotton finish

Minimum Orders. We only accept orders of 25 or more sets on invitation sets.

Revisions. No limit on changes! We don't charge extra for revisions because we want you to be 100% happy with your design!

Shipping. We ship all orders USPS priority mail unless specified otherwise by the customer. If upgraded shipping is required the customer is responsible for the increase in shipping charges regardless of order size. Orders of 100 invitation sets or more receive free USPS priority shipping. Stamps and orders of 99 invitations sets or less will be charged our standard shipping rates.

Terms and Conditions

Payment. We accept Paypal and payments made through Etsy. All orders are to be paid in full before printing. After a job has been approved you may not cancel the order. If you live in Ohio there will be a 6.5% sales tax added to your purchase.

Returns and reprints. You will receive an exact digital proof of all final files included in your order. Please check all wording, spelling, address, dates, and make sure all of the colors are to your liking. After you purchase the final listing, you are responsible for the information on the final product. If needed we can revise and reorder, but you will be charged the additional cost.

If there is a problem with your order that is our fault, we will reprint as quickly as possible at no additional charge.

Since our product is 100% custom, we do not accept returns.

Promotional Use of Product. All of our designs and images are under the ownership of Spark Design Shop and we reserve the right to use them in our shop, website, blog and any other marketing platform that we so choose.
